Her leadership has been key in orchestrating interdisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Particularly in commercial projects, she has consistently demonstrated her capacity to integrate design excellence with economic performanc — ensuring spatial experiences that are both engaging for users and effective for operators.

As the Managing Principal of DAL Architects | Designers, Arch. Harb maintains close involvement at every stage of a project’s life cycle—from early concept and client engagement through to construction oversight and final delivery. Her extensive project history, combined with a strong foundation in technical detailing and project execution, equips her to navigate complex decisionmaking environments with confidence and clarity. Beyond her technical acumen, Arch. Harb brings a design sensibility rooted in contextual awareness and long-term impact. Over the course of her career, she has demonstrated an ability not only to shape buildings, but also to shape the dynamics of teams, institutions, and cities. Today, she continues to lead DAL with a forwardthinking mindset—dedicated to delivering architecture that is rigorous, responsive, and enduring.

Since childhood, I’ve been driven by a deep concern for how humanity can live peacefully while treading lightly on our beautiful planet. With over 19 years of experience across the UK and Middle East, I specialise in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) interventions at corporate, masterplan, and asset levels – integrating regenerative principles for holistic, and human centric solutions. I’m a qualified Eco Designer, BREEAM, GSAS, Code, and SAP Assessor, and a BREEAM Accredited Professional dedicated to advancing sustainable design and practice. As the sustainability lead at Cundall Doha, I help clients and project teams apply meaningful sustainability strategies.

We recognise that for the sake of future generations we need to move fast and collectively to change our bad habits. This calls for collaboration, joined-up thinking, transparency, and the courage to share ideas openly. While our protective instincts may urge us to hold onto value and innovation, true progress demands breaking down silos and challenging system norms. Jyerex is a certified Business Lean Practitioner and SAP SuperUser(MasterData, FI,MM, PS & Fixed Asset) with more than 16 years of professional experience which includes Job Migration, Accounting, Auditing (External, Shell Internal, Qatar Petroleum-DPSA Audit) and taxation with Qatar Shell GTL and KPMG-Qatar.

Jyerex is a CPA, CIMA-UK Diploma.He completed Diploma in Mgt Accounting (CIMA-UK) and graduated Magna Cum Laude BS Accountancy at Misamis University, Ozamiz City, Philippines.

Prior to setting up the firm, Jyerex had been employed in various finance functions in Qatar Shell GTL for 11 years, Bin Harmal-Qatar for 3 years and an auditor in KPMG Qatar for 2 years.

Qatar Shell positions held and related dimensions:

Project Accounting Analyst: Team member of Pearl GTL $19B Project Cost with almost 100 contracts handled both Offshore & Onshore; RtP& VOWD Reporting including transition both Manpower & SAP ; Participated in capitalization process & strategy of Phase 1 amounted $11B.

Fixed Asset Accounting Analyst: GTL Assets composed of 22 Offshore Wells & 2 pipelines; Gas treatment facilities; GTL facilities as well as a large Refinery; Turnaround capitalization (biggest in Shell group); $130M inventory for spares ; Pioneering team for Asset Accounting department including set up and maintain.

Financial Accountant: Month-end Closing for Qatar Shell entities -Qatar Shell GTL Limited, Qatar Shell Service Co., Qatar Shell Research and Technology, Qatar Shell Upstream International & QatarGas4; Master data maintainer; Experienced in automating Month-end closing activities via Financial Closing Cockpit.
